1-ON-1 MENTORING W/ MAJOR INFLUENCERS

Each Rising Media Star will be granted a minimum of three (3) one-on-one mentoring sessions with a member of our Board of Directors. This guidance will guarantee additional oversight of the progression of each RMS’s individual improvement over the course of the year.

A FINAL EDITED BROADCAST REEL

At the end of the 1-year program, every Rising Media Star will receive a “reel” of work with samples from their RMS “live events”, as well as any work they have done outside of RMS and want to include in the footage. This is an essential tool and required for most employment opportunities within Sports Broadcasting.
